The T. J. Boyd Scholarship Foundation presents The Broadway Inspirational Voices in Concert. This wonderful group of professional actors and actresses, who are presently performing in a number of Broadway productions, will lift your spirits and inspire you as they are presented here at Salem in concert. This is a musical experience that you do not want to miss! General Admission tickets are $40.00 (open seating). If you purchase a Gold VIP ticket at $100.00 you will get reserved seating in the front rows of the sanctuary. Purchasing a Silver VIP ticket at $75.00 will secure you a preferred seat behind the Gold section.
Rev. Dr. Thomas J. Boyd was the 5th pastor of the Salem Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Boyd's love for the youth is unparalleled and his mnistry of tough love has been tempered only by the benevolent spirit of a caring and concerned father. The most tangible expression of his love for, and commitment to our youth, and to their future is that of the T. J. Boyd Scholarship Fund. The T. J. Boyd Scholarship fund was established in 1969. Each year on Scholarship Awards Day, the Salem family awards scholarships to worthy college students. Through the decades, hundreds of young people have benefited from the resources of this fund.
